In today's era of global expansion, intellectual property has become a critical moat for companies going global and a key asset in cross-border competition. International IP service teams that are professional, deeply specialized, well-versed in the rules, and grounded in practice serve as essential navigators for enterprises venturing abroad—helping them mitigate overseas risks and secure a leading position in global innovation.
To recognize outstanding teams with deep expertise in cross-border IP and strong international service capabilities, to set industry benchmarks for foreign-related IP services, and to advance the standardization, specialization, and high-end development of China's international IP services, we are pleased to announce that applications are now open for the 2026 Outstanding International IP Service Teams, one of the IP Eagle Talent Series awards (alongside the 2026 Outstanding In-House IP Managers, 2026 Outstanding IP Management Teams, and 2026 Outstanding IP Service Teams).
This selection program is designed for foreign-related professional teams providing IP services to enterprises expanding overseas. Evaluation will focus on teams' international service capabilities, hands-on experience with cross-border projects, proficiency in overseas risk management, quality of foreign-related cases, and the value they bring to industry empowerment—identifying benchmark teams that truly possess a global vision and solid cross-border practical strength.
Award-winning teams will be officially announced at the 2027 Annual Conference of In-house IP Managers in January and featured in the Professional Development White Paper for In-house IP Managers (2026–2027).
I. Eligibility
(1) International IP service teams or institutions with extensive experience serving Chinese clients;
(2) IP service teams or institutions based in China with exceptional international service capabilities.
II. Requirements
(1) Team members demonstrate compliance with laws and regulations, uphold integrity, and maintain high standards of professional ethics;
(2) The team has been established and operational for at least three years;
(3) The team consists of a minimum of five members;
(4) Core leaders and key team members possess strong qualifications, substantial professional experience, and relevant educational backgrounds;
(5) The team has a record of handling influential cases and achieving industry-recognized accomplishments;
(6) No records of industry dishonesty, disciplinary penalties, or major negative incidents in foreign-related services over the past three years;
(7) Priority will be given to teams that have made significant contributions to the international exchange of intellectual property in the past three years.

V. Selection Process
Submitted Forms will undergo preliminary review and expert evaluation to determine the final list of selected teams, which will be publicly announced to the entire industry.
Application Notes: All information provided must be truthful, standardized, and accurate. Fabrication or exaggeration of achievements is strictly prohibited. Upon verification of false application, the applicant's eligibility will be immediately revoked.
