China Issues New Regulation on Trade Secret Protection

China’s State Administration for Market Regulation (SAMR) has recently promulgated the Regulation on the Protection of Trade Secrets (the "Regulation"). Effective from June 1 this year, the Regulation will replace the Several Provisions on Prohibiting Infringements upon Trade Secrets.
