As the new year dawns and all things renew, the 2026 Enterprise IP Strategy Forum & Annual Conference of In-House IP Managers arrived as scheduled. Since its inception in 2011, the Forum has been successfully held for 16 years, serving as an annual gathering for senior executives, IP management professionals, and legal personnel from renowned enterprises across various industries worldwide. The event not only provides an annual review and outlook on enterprise IP management, but also analyzes and discusses IP management experiences and response strategies of enterprises under different economic situations. Beyond focusing on macro-level policies and regulations, the Forum places particular emphasis on the role and value of IP in driving "high-quality economic development" and advancing new productive forces, as well as the management and application of IP in fostering enterprise innovation and development.
The 2026 Enterprise IP Strategy Forum & Annual Conference of In-House IP Managers, themed “Consolidate & Elevate: Innovate to Cultivate the New”, aligned closely with the direction of “optimizing traditional industries and expanding emerging industries,” providing enterprises with a platform for strategic alignment and value co-creation. In traditional industries, it focused on the strategic management and practical applications of IP, helping enterprises strengthen core patent portfolios, mitigate risks, build robust “moats” for technological iteration and brand upgrades, and reduce transformation costs. In emerging industries, it delved into the cultivation of high-end talent and the application of AI and big data across the entire IP chain, so as to help enterprises address talent gaps, accelerate the commercialization of achievements, and seize the initiative in emerging sectors. The Forum brought together industry leaders, experts, and premium institutions to provide enterprises with threefold value: trend analysis, resource matching, and capability enhancement. It represented a crucial collaborative opportunity for enterprises to seize industrial upgrading opportunities. A total of 420 distinguished guests from all industry sectors gathered at the venue, witnessing every highlight of this year's Forum together.
