Internet platform companies’ forced implementing of "choice one between two" and abuse of dominant market positions must be severely rectified

According to the State Administration for Market Regulation's official website, on April 13, the State Administration for Market Regulation, the Central Cyberspace Administration of China, and the State Administration of Taxation jointly convened an Internet platform enterprise administrative guidance meeting. The meeting pointed out that the overall situation of China's platform economy is improving. However, in rapid development, risks and hidden dangers have gradually accumulated. The harm should not be ignored, and the legal regulations should not be delayed.

The implementation of forcing "choice one between two", abuse of market dominance, implement "pinch-point mergers and acquisitions", waste money to seize the "community group buying" market, implement "big data cracking", ignore "counterfeit and shoddy", "information leakage", and issues such as tax violations must be severely rectified.
