Tesla sues Bingling Intelligent Technology over tech secret infringement

Tesla Shanghai has sued a Chinese firm over tech secret infringement and unfair competition disputes, Shanghai Securities Journal reported on Tuesday. The lawsuit against Bingling Intelligent Technology will be heard on October 10.
