Top 100 Most Valuable Brands: 15 Chinese Companies were Listed

Recently, WPP and Kantar have published the 2019 world’s most valuable brands ranking report.

15 Chinese companies are on the list, most of which, as reported by Sputnik news agency & radio on June 11, are tech-related brands with Tencent ranked 8th, China Mobile 27th, Huawei 47th, Baidu 63rd and Xiaomi 74th.

E-commerce giants like Alibaba and Jingdong also dominate the Global Top 100, ranked 7th and the 66th respectively.

Three Chinese banks listed are ICBC (No.29), CCB (No.59) and ABC (No.82).

Moutai (No.35), Pingan Insurance (No.40), Didi (No.71), Meituan (No.78) and Haier (No.89) are also in the list.

Didi, Meituan, Xiaomi and Haier are all newcomers, while Alibaba, Pingan Insurance and Huawei are moving up.
