Driven by scientific and technological innovation, China's IC design industry achieved an average annual compound growth rate of 23.4% during the 13th Five-Year Plan period. Integrated circuit is an industry that is highly intensive in talents, technology and capital. It is a high-speed and iterative industry. There is still a gap between China and the world's advanced technology, and we need to increase investment.
