It was rated as the 2018-2019 Annual Outstanding Case by China Trademark Association. Canon Corporation v. Shanghai Muming Electronic Technology Co. Ltd. invention patent infringement dispute case was selected into the Chinese Court Fifty Typical Intellectual Property Cases; Knorrbrems sue Hengshui Yongxin brake materials Co. Ltd and six defendants trademark infringement and unfair competition dispute case was selected into the 2019 Chinese Court Fifty Typical Intellectual Property Cases.
