Globally, the political, economic and legal environment is getting complicated, and Chinese innovative enterprises are facing more difficulties when choosing overseas intellectual property and legal services. Therefore, Chinese enterprises tend to choose local institutions with stronger localization abilities and place more emphasis on the agencies’ cross-cultural communication ability. To this end, China IP launches the "2021 Outstanding International IP Agencies Recommendation for Chinese Enterprises" selection and listing. The list will be announced at the award ceremony of the 11th China IP International Annual Forum on the evening of January 16, 2021, and will be published through multiple media channels.
Participants: international IP agencies that have Chinese office(s) or have Chinese clients.
Application methods: self-application by agencies; recommendation by enterprises.
