Tesla wins its trademark infringement lawsuit against Sino Drinks Food Company, a Chinese food and beverage maker that was selling "Tesla Beer" and "Tesla Soda". Sino has been selling the drink products with a logo that looks similar to the Tesla's "T" trademark.
On Monday, the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois has granted fast fashion brand Shein’s bid for a temporary restraining order (“TRO”) against its rival Temu. The TRO will remain in effect until August 17.
