China NPC passes 2nd AMD of Law of Scientific and Technological Progress

The second amendment of the Law of the People's Republic of China on Scientific and Technological Progress (《中华人民共和国科学技术进步法》) on December 24 was passed by the Standing Committee of the 13th National People's Congress at its 32th Meeting and will take effect on January 1, 2022.
